The Letting and Rent Collection Service

This service is designed for those landlords who want us to find suitable tenants, collect the rent, but who would prefer to deal with property maintenance, property inspections, repairs and tenancy management themselves.

The Find and Let Only Service

Only recommended for those with significant property management and property letting experience, this includes all those items listed above up to the point at which the tenant moves into the property having signed the Tenancy Agreement, agreed the inventory and paid the deposit and first month's rent. At this point we would pass all the relevant documents to you, and the tenant would deal with you from then onwards.

Acquisitions

As Estate Agents we act for both corporate and private investors in single and multiple acquisitions. Instructing an acquisition agent can give you a real edge in today's competitive property arena. The service is totally confidential and geared to your requirements. A Freehold or Leasehold requirement may well be satisfied in an easier and more cost effective manner by using our Acquisition services.
