The Wright Property Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

The Wright Property are committed to providing a safe and effective service for all of our customers. As such, given the exceptional circumstances surrounding the virus, we are taking precautions against the spread of this virulent disease.
 

·         As of today, all of our staff are office-bound, taking calls and managing our tenancies.

·         As per Government recommendations, any staff member with symptoms will be self-isolating for seven days and return to work once well.

·         We will not be carrying out viewings on occupied properties.

·         Additionally, we are suspending our regular property visits to minimise the potential spread of the virus.

·         We will continue to carry out valuations although all home-owners will be asked if they have/are in “self-isolation” or returned recently from overseas or been in contact with someone who has symptoms or been tested positive for Covid-19.

·         In the rare circumstances that we have to visit homes, our staff will adhere to strict hygiene standards before and after appointments.

·         Should lockdown occur we intend to operate from home using our software, taking emails and calls.

·         We politely ask that all tenants and landlords not visit the office unless absolutely necessary.
