Jon has extensive property and business knowledge and is renowned for never letting the grass grow under his feet (which for a farmer is mighty unusual). Driven by an insatiable appetite for future opportunities, he concentrates on pushing all aspects of the business forward. He lives on his farm in Shirwell with his wife Jo and two daughters. Competing regularly in various events, he's somewhat sports mad. As for his cycling enthusiasm, that's certifiably insane.
